Bob Walton is a licensed Broker/Realtor® with over 7 years full-time experience as a Listing and Selling Agent for many satisfied clients. Bob’s interest with investing in Real Estate Foreclosures began over a decade ago, with the purchase and flip of several homes and select land lots throughout the Triangle area. Bob was previously a licensed real estate sales agent in New York, prior to relocating to Raleigh, at the end of 1995.
Bob holds a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering with the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He also attended North Carolina State University for some graduate level courses in Engineering Management.

Referral Realty is conveniently located near the NC State Fairgrounds, just past the Hillsborough St. and Western Boulevard split. You can enter our parking lot via accesses just after the overpass, when heading east on Hillsborough St., or just before the overpass, to the right, when you’re heading west from US1 & 440, on Western Boulevard.
